Baking, learning & showcasing — that’s my intention. My journey began in 2018 and continues today. Along the way, I’ve explored everything from simple yeasted focaccia and sourdough boules to Roman-style pizza, which eventually became Pizza Dude — my venture in Mumbai, currently operating 3 outlets and a commercial kitchen. Indian Bread Geek is where I document what I’m learning, what I’m experimenting with, what works, and what doesn’t. Think of it as a public notebook on baking, fermentation, pizza, and the lessons that come from making thousands of loaves, doughs, and mistakes.
