Hi fellow YouTubians, my name is Eugene and joining me is my son Jason. We live in Durban, South Africa and technology here is not as freely available as in the USA. l have been wanting to get involved in 3D printing since 2003 when l saw the first RepRap machines come out, but they were always way too expensive, until recently when DIY Electronics decided to bring in machines at a good price. I even tried to build one, that was a bit of a flop, but taught me a lot about 3D Printer design and how they work. We recently got our first 3D printer, an Ender 3 that is an amazing machine at such a low cost. We started printing crosses for our church that required 2 color printing. The filament change was such a hit and miss affair that we decided to buy a Geeetech A10M Dual extruder printer.
