A podcast dedicated to putting a spotlight on bands and musicians in the 518 area. Created, Produced and Hosted by Andy Scullin of ShortWave RadioBand. Each Tuesday, Andy sits down with a musician or band from the 518 (or close by) and they have a completely unplanned discussion about music, or whatever else happens to come up. Think of it as less of an interview and more of a conversation. Unsigned518's Weekend Spotlight: Released every Thursday, the Weekend Spotlight is a supplemetal episode that gives you just a taste of the events happening in the 518. Weekend Spotlight also plays a couple of songs from 518 bands or musicians that have shows that weekend. New to Unsigned518 is The Unsigned Unwind. On The Unsigned Unwind, I will talk to a member of a local band somewhere in the US or Canada. We will hear a little bit about the band and their music, and then find out what the artist does to relax, or unwind when their schedule allows. The Unsigned Unwind is released every other Wednesday.
